The Circuit and its Phases

Our patent-pending Ageless Fitness Systems consist of a circuit of seven machines that make up 11 stations. This is called a single-element circuit and has a total footprint of 350 square feet. It can easily accommodate up to four people per half-hour.

A double-element circuit consists of 13 machines, making up 23 stations. It has a footprint of 750 sq ft and can accommodate up to eight people per half-hour.

Individual users go through three phases with the machines, where each phase consists of using a set of one to four machines (each set is called a “station”).

The 3-Phase Process

Phase 1

The aerobic phase consists of machines #1-4. The system prompts the user to work at a preset aerobic level for five minutes on each machine, changing direction every thirty seconds.

Because of the bi-directional capabilities of the equipment, this phase enhances reciprocal muscle group balance as well as neuromuscular function (motor skills, balance, kinesthesia).

Phase 2

The isokinetic phase consists of machines #1-4. Our system prompts the user to work at higher intensity in 15-second intervals for two minutes on each machine, changing direction every thirty seconds.

This phase increases both aerobic and muscular endurance.

Phase 3

The strength phase consists of machines #5-7. This “Strength Triad” provides maximum muscular recruitment through compound, closed chain movements. At the same time, it protects and supports the joints and spine. In this environment we can safely and effectively increase absolute strength.
